About Richard

Richard likes flying drones and taking pictures, so getting a Part 107 (commercial drone) license was a necessity. He as been flying drones since 2012. Richard was one of the first licensed drone pilots in the US.

Richard is based in Northwest Illinois.

Policies

  1. I will not fly in a place, time, or manner that would cause me to knowingly violate regulations, rules, or laws of the FAA or other designated authorities.

  2. I will not fly in a place, time, or manner that would cause me to knowingly violate the privacy of individuals.

  3. Flights in restricted airspace are subject to getting appropriate authorizations—LAANC or COAs.  If such authorizations are unavailable, customers of Bedlam Close Photography will receive a full refund for any flights not completed.

  4. I reserve the right to decline a mission/job for any reason.  If this happens, the client will receive afull refund for any flights not completed.
